Hi:

Is it possible to use the Modbus library in labview with the compiler? i want to make a standalone Arduino that can comunicate with Modbus protocol using labview with another Modbus device

No; that set of VIs is not part of the supported set of LabVIEW primitives. Refer to the Product User Manual here for a complete account of all supported LabVIEW primitives.
